Hi, Stranger

Hi, stranger :)
When we were in Singapore Zoo and Night Safari, I saw this one particular guy whom I can't seem to forget. We first saw each other outside the Zoo. Yeah, what an awkward place to meet at. We never really had the chance to formally introduce ourselves, its just our "eyes" met in certain ways I can't really explain. We were at Ben & Jerry's ice cream bar trying to reward ourselves with some refreshments and they were a couple of meters away from us. They left first to wherever they might be going. So meeting again was not an option for me. While waiting for the Night Safari to open, we were at their souvenir shop trying to check if there's anything we can buy but what I saw was not the souvenirs but him, wow fate must have been playing with us. He kind of smiled at me but I was debating with myself if I'll smile back at him or not. So, I didn't. I acted ignorant. What a way to meet new friends. I seriously have some attitude issues here. Anyway I'll make the story short, we were at the park's amphitheater when they sat right in front of me. God knows how much I regret not smiling back at him. I just hoped silently he'd look back, well he did! But I got really shy he caught me looking at him so I obviously pretended to look away. So that's it.. the boring part of me meeting my for-a-second crush there. I told myself if fate wants us to meet we'd meet at the airport but unfortunately we didn't. Sad thing is I know he's not from Cebu.. Let's see how true that the world is really small. If we ever meet up again I'd definitely kiss fate with lots and lots of love. :)

Asian Civilisations Museum Singapore

On the 3rd day of our Singapore trip, my niece and nephew were the ones tasked to determine where we should go next. So they came up with having to pay some visits to Museums in Singapore. I didn't know they were such big fans. Honestly speaking, I wasn't a big fan of museums and sorts not until we visited the Asian Civilisations Museum located near Fullerton Hotel. From the name itself, the museum was all about Asia. What really caught my attention was not just the ambiance of the place itself but also the tools Singaporeans utilised. It was very convenient and informative. Definitely going back. :)

Singapore is just a minute island right below Malaysia.

These bolos are found only in the Southern part of the Philippines particularly in Sulu.

I wonder how heavy it must have been to wear this kind of accessories all the time.

How to use the Chopsticks.
There's an EXPLORASIAN Zone there where you can explore parts of Asia.

Mr. Sun just kissed me

It was an ordinary lazy Saturday for me and my family not until my eldest sister called up and asked us if we wanted to go with them in Plantation Bay. Well, who'd say NO to that? Given this schizophrenic weather we have in Cebu, it's the BEST PLACE to be at.

It actually is our 7th time in Plantation Bay. We loved it there not just for the place itself but also the food and of course, the friendly and very accommodating staff!

Treating our tummies after swimming. :)

Our 2 bedroom suite. This is room A, right across is room B. Shared with my 2 other sisters and niece.

Mom, Dad, Sister dear and family on the other 2 bedroom suite. It looks so comfy!

Hollywood

One of the few reasons why I love Plantation Bay is that every night during dinner buffets they all have different themes for each like this one, for this night they went into having Hollywood. The last time it was Filipino and Arabian. The other one during my birthday celebration, it was Brazilian.

Entertainment and Food what more can you ask for? When you've entertained yourself and you've satisfied your gastronomical pleasures, it's like hitting two birds with one stone.

DANCING. oh my.
Aside from their dances and different presentations, they'd pick up volunteers from the audience that wanted to dance with them to close the program. In my case, I DID NOT VOLUNTEER, I was FORCED by my friends, ofcourse I wouldn't do it if my best friend won't go so here's our pic "dancing" along with them. Epic night.
