Going 90's: Hanson Concert

People born in the late 90's probably is familiar with MMMBop. This was one of those songs that makes you want to dance along with its tune. I grew up particularly listening to this song and up until now it is still one of my favorites. Hansons was the Jonas Brothers of our time.

March 31, 2012. What ought to be our ordinary day turned out to be extraordinary. My day started way early for a Saturday. I was the official driver of my mom and my sister since it was my Nephew and my niece's recognition day. Oh I forgot I was also the official photographer. Seeing my nephew and my niece go up to that stage and claim their rewards is somehow very fulfilling for me to see. A splendid moment for all of us. Our achievers at a very young age, something we all should be proud of. As customary as it is for us Filipinos, we went to have lunch at Cafe UNO in Waterfront Hotel, Lahug, Cebu.

I AM ONE HAPPY GIRL!!!!! ♥

My sister was fooling around that the Hanson brothers were going to come. I did not believe her at all. So I went on with my business, roamed around the restaurant to get some food, it was a buffet after all. Not long after I returned to my seat to finally have a taste of the foods I got, there were "screaming" ladies outside the restaurant, they were singing something really familiar. My Mom and my sisters looked up and realized the Hanson brothers just arrived. OH. MY. FREAKING. GOSH. How cool is that? My childhood crushes are here?! I ran, took my phone with me and took snapshots of them.

The fun did not end there. What really surprised us was that, a couple of minutes later they went inside the restaurant and had their meals there. I cannot believe that they had lunch at the same place as us and our table and theirs was just a couple of steps away from each other. Sister dear got crazy and grabbed me towards them to have a picture taken together with them sadly, security stopped us in the middle. How bad is he?! I wanted to choke him to death. He was such a kill joy. He killed what ought to be our happiest time.

When we went out of the resto, my sister came up to me and asked if we wanted to go. How can I ever say NO? So yeah, we bought our Gold tickets in an instant. That's what we call impromptu right? :)

I DIE!!!!!! ♥♥♥
